I am honestly pleased with what I saw. The marketing was solid, the message was clear, I actually dig the name, and what was a stupid rumor now that I see it in action I'm digging it.

That said, I would like to hear a price.

I'm just going to share this:

Sonic, look, Sonic Movie Maker was a one-off thing and it was fake, okay? No one actually wants to see you shower. >_>

Anyhow, I was...underwhelmed but I've been gradually warming up to it. If they can get the balance betwixt 3DS and WiiU right, this thing could be a lot of fun.

Anyway, I'm not terribly impressed either. Maybe that will change when we get a more substantial list of games. I know that Sonic 2017 (AKA Sonic Generations 2) is one of them.

Nintendo Switch has my vote...but the marketing game was a bit over the top. Let's be honest here...millenials don't have enough money to own a console, TV, AND a nice apartment >_>

We'd be lucky to have a cardboard box with "TV" written on it in off-brand Sharpie marker...and a Chinese-made "9tendo Witch"

I should note that my getting one is a foregone conclusion because Breath Of The Wild for one and I would buy three o these before getting anywhere near Sony or Mocrosoft's shameless cash grabs for two (PS4 Pro? Really? Get the fuck out of here.)

It seems like what the Wii U was supposed to be. Like maybe at the time the tech wasn't there.

I was salty going into this but as more information gets released I'm liking the damn thing, and Switch is catchy to me (doesn't help with SWITCH ON playing in my head). I will admittedly miss NX but then I guess with the X-Box brand around you don't want anything with "X" readily in the title of your system.

I still need more information but dammit, I wanna pre-order. I can also see where even though it's one device, they can pull an Apple can have multiple SKUs differing in hard drive size or having features like 4G LTE.

Or colors. On Twitter I saw mock ups of different colors and I need a green one.

Actually gonna wind up being the first console I've ever bought at launch, despite owning a NES, SNES, N64, PS1, Xbox, GC, PS2, Wii, 360, PS4, Wii U, and Xbone <_<
