for those curious. the Alphyn is actually a heraldric WOLF which is a stylized beast, as well as being a bit of a chimera as it could have eagle legs (like here) or cloven goat hooves up front, or wolf legs but lion's paws.

I figured... eagle legs up front, lion paws at the back *shrug*

its like if you look up the heraldry animal "tiger" it won't look anything like a tiger... for that you need the heraldry animal "Bengal tiger" for a real interpretation of the animal

Personally. I like this form ^_^

Started with the intention of Shugo and Suki, but couldn't get Suki right... so it wound up being the DU Boys. (I don't really draw my guys much... other than Shugo. I dunno why...)

I miss Yuki... He was an Uplink character that I fully intend to Rez as a DU Char.

They're not smiling and happy because I'm not. I'm sorry for the absence recently... I've just been going through a buncha shit at home...

.....I tend to draw Shugo when I get depressed.

Maybe it's Therapy.

Meh. Give your characters Angst. Then remember, "At least I'm not them." It helps sometimes.

I also noticed that though I know better, he's not really misproportioned, his face is the exact same size as the others, he's just shorter...

So awhile ago I helped Erik come up with the concept of Digimon based on old stories, like folk tales and children's books. Come DU one such idea gets revamped to be put into a new gig.

This then, is Bleumon, based on the story of Paul Bunyan. You know, that huge blue ox he had as a companion.... I don't think Paul had one like this. >_>;

So yeah. I'm satisfied. ^^ Oh, and not pictured? The HUGE FUCK AXE she wields as a weapon. Maybe for another time.

Sariel and her twin sister all grown up and tango-dancing. Both of them started dance classes since they could walk, so the tango is mere child's play; especially since it's a part of their heritage. (lol, I only made them Hispanic cause Synne looks it with her tan)

They ARE identical twin sisters still, it's just sun-bleaching, tanning and hair dyes that makes them look so different.
