I lined and colored that sketch of Suki that Cam did. I really wanted to do something of Suki but couldn't sort out my brain. Her hair still bothers me but I put too many hours into it. I even redid it completely as I was over halfway done and realized I committed to a shading style that I wasn't going to be able to match with the rest of her body. ;_; Stupid hair.

All in all I'm rather happy with how it came out, but I'm also not because Bad Brain. D: (Did have to shrink it a bit for the Sketcher.)

Honestly seeing you two work off my sketches has been *REALLY* keeping my art mojo going along with now having the ability to computer draw without being chained to my PC.

And I echo the Wookie here, I really do love the hair here. If I had any nitpicks about it, I just wish it showed the new color streaks Suki has now after her evolution.

Tetsuo. Tetsuo no. I'm VERY sure Dr. Spinneret would brow beat your boner into a deflated husk if you tried to have sex while recovering.

Also...maybe it's just cuz I'm a teacher, I know in DDT Suki referred to her Tetsuo as "maestro" but "sensei" is doing so much more for me I'm sorry.

You ever get to a point where you feel embarrassed about your own art? No? Just me? Okay. :v lol Graham offered to shade my flat colors as a form of collab and I think it worked out really well. He even added some mess at my request cause I wasn't confident I could make it look okay. ; 3; <3

I really wanted to try to redo that pic of Aku and Shugo I had drawn last year. Initially titled, "Thanks for the Cake," I wasn't really happy with it at all as it was a forward-facing pic and just wasn't coming out (huehue) how it looked in my head.

Since getting the new tablet and really liking how it feels to draw on it, I wanted to try to do a hentai pic with it and found a ref pic I wanted to use for a better pose for that original pic.

I rather like this version better, even if I still feel really embarrassed about the whole thing. lol

But I got "Shugo biting the blanket" "ass up", "mess", and "ahegao" into this, so like... I feel decent about it.

Also, secondarily to all this, Graham got to use the new tablet he bought me for the shading and that let him play with it. Now he wants to buy another one for himself. XD;

I mean this pose is definitely more dynamic and subtle in the ahegao department so I would say yeah, it's a marked improvement. I definitely love getting to see more clean color on Shugotenshi's mark and the cat features are always fun.

The artist is always their own worst critic. I mean you remember all the revisions I kept making to my own designs and I have a whole folder of sketcher pics I wanna redo. Comes with the stylus.

All that said yo is that a scar just above his ass? I knew we put the boy through the ringer but what caused that?

His step-father when he was a kid. It's the scar from the incident that put him in the hospital and got Koji threatened with disappearance. :v lol (It was meant to be a bit lighter since Suki made it better in that one thread, but it's still there.)

Also, the mark is supposed to be similar in color to Lucemon's purple markings, so. xD;

I was so happy I found the Eorzean Font (bonus, it also had Hingan Font!) so~ I made good use of it... AND managed to make a nice Chapter image for my Tumblr. So there's that. xD

I'd doodled this outfit before, and I liked it, so I did it again. The purple is supposed to be a Spell Speed/Quicktongue Materia, btw. Because... well the Piety (yellow) didn't look good and I got frustrated trying to make the gem look opalescent. D:

For reference, this is what Shugo's Sin Mark looks like. The intent of the Mark is to echo Lucemon's mark on his left side. Each point/dot is a Sin Point, which glows when a specific Sin is activated...this is also where the Bonds of Gehenna pop out when he goes too far.

Realizing I could put together his connections, they're near each other. lol

Sin Points:
Finger - Lust
Wrist (top) - Envy
Middle Forearm - Pride
Left Side of Arm - Gluttony
Top of Elbow - Sloth
Under Elbow - Greed
Wrist (bottom) - Wrath

In the box that Kasumi got in Shugo's Library, are all the thoughts, feelings, and memories connected to Kasumi. There's a 'photo' of a future he saw and thought of with her.

I decided to finish it because it had come up, but also cause I still really like Shugo's clothing design in this. I had based it on Joker's outfit from P5. lol I'm also really happy with how Kasumi's hair came out in terms of how it's drawn and how the coloring worked out.

I also learned... I'm.... bad at drawing babies. lol

It's really cold. ; 3; Shugo has some cocoa. I want cocoa now... and a big sweater.

I started the whole project with the intent to make two versions. One for Angel Lockhart to be used in my Raid Videos as the Chat Cover, and one for Yumeno Shugotenshi to put on the Sketcher.

I did Angel first in order to have it for raid, but~ that didn't work out for other reasons... However, I went on and finished Shugo. :3

It does look more formal! Although maybe that’s not bad, Aiko can thus defend his position as Stability’s Hot Scarf Dude more effectively.

This coat kind of blends a lot of influences into one: Shugo’s first jacket, his Coat of Problems, Anubis’ outfit, even his take on an ATHENA-II. It’s cool that way, I like it.

Talk of everyone's Unchained forms and Aiko's DE and current events in RotTS and then reading a pretty nice little manga literally called "The Necromancer", this happened. I rather like how it came out, myself, even if the floating aspect of everything got kinda fucked because I'm bad at shading for depth or perspective still. x: lol ; 3;

Alternative-ish Version because my brain was all "hey! hey! Give the skull glowing eyes!" and then I had tried a different mouth. But I didn't like how it looked in the end. ^^; Oh! And this is the first time I've ever drawn a skull. @_@;

I think what could have made the pixel effect stronger though is if the flames also had pixelated elements to them to unite the light source and shadow lines thematically.

Jason mentioned something about wanting to do an Art thing with Stability's Full Unchained. That meant I should probably design that for Shugo. I already had his regular/low-level Unchained form designed. Full takes on more demon aspects to add to the vampiric ones. 83

I had a pose I liked and wanted to try and I was coughing and sneezing too hard to really do anything else productive. Started out as trying to do a 20 minute drawing, but I spent most of that dropping my stupid tablet pen and sneezing into tissues. So. I just went til I decided to stop.

Only used the grey-purple and black and various brushes.

Had fun. Still terribly sick. ; 3; Also the only one of my Stability folks that I have a clear idea for Full Unchained for. I feel bad. ^^;

Also also... I once described his shirt as 'fabulously colored' and could only think of "Hawaiian Shirt". XD Also, he once had a red tie, but that's since been sullied, so I changed it to yellow and made his shirt bright pink. I also had fun making plaid! I know I've got some fuck ups on the shading. >< But the prints came out really nice... I think? D: lulz

Occult Academy's JK was a huge basis for this design. XD;

Sketched it on my phone... finished on the computer. I needed to get the image out of my head. I feel kinda happy I managed to actually finish it and as a bonus, I really really really like how the tears came out. I put the lyrics to the song I kept listening to over and over while working on this. ^^; Cause I didn't wanna crop it, but the blank space bugged me. ; 3; Completely unintentional Persona-ish Style of work too.

Anyway. I feel... kinda better... and I like how this came out. (I actually tried to put circuit lines on his hand and face, but like... it ruined it. This is much better, visually.)

Can I say I really dig the shading on his hand? It stands out to me so much along with the card. Really the lighting on this one is pretty good, but that foreground element really brings it all together.

Like. Stupid FF Canon is that while Angel is a White Mage, there's a darker personality, "Anubis" that's a Black Mage. He uses the Elements that Angel refuses to. (It's dumb, okay. I know. lol >_>; ) I kinda crossed DU Shugo/Anubis with that and this happened and... yeah.
