Ink aren't bad at all in this one, and I really dig the color and lighting you have going on here (especially on the rump roast *cough cough*) it gives a nice sense of just how smooth the body of an Umbromon can be given how amorphous they can render themselves.

The smoothness is intentional! They are Shadow Demons, after all! ^^

For real, though, I feel like the Umbromon have generally a kind of…smooth, velvety texture at rest over most of their body, varying from more skin-like to more like the slick fur of an otter. The exception being the hair on their head (which feels like normal hair if it was like...always ten minutes after a shower)…and their blades and claws, which are crystalline, hard, and sharp. >_> Made out of blood that concretizes as they hit Child-level. o 3o Thankfully, the blades at least are retractable. >_>;

Also your sketch was a fantastic lighting guide. ^ 3^/

I think she came out absolutely gangbusters, and now we have a reference for both cool art of her and lewds featuring her and Shugo's Strawberry Potion Pop--::CUT IN HALF BY VI-BLADE::

Also, her blue jacket is Shugo's former racing jacket for Daitenshi Kishi. >_> That won't make any Crowns pissed off, I'm sure.

I think this is the best look at Akurei's Drive markings we've gotten so far. Dang, they are *extensive*.

Also find it funny that Anemone kinda completes a color triangle by being the blue between Cadence's violet and Akurei's red. Never caught into that before and I dunno how I missed that. XD

Looking good, and I know this one in particular was giving you issues. It definitely made me put more emphasis on cleaning up my sketches afterwards. Curve your highlights just a bit more going forward. You really hit those curves with the ones on the lines that the ones emphasizing the blush spots are almost flattening your efforts in a couple places.

It's dangerous to look at old pics. @_@ I did that recently, and realized the sketch basis Cam gave me, back in the day, had Haruka clearly with a top on, and I had given everyone a crudely done, nude Haruka depiction, and there were a whole HOST of other issues.

There is a LOT of story in what should just be a casual threesome, I'm really digging that I seem to find new details every time I look back at it. Your blending especially has really upped in level since the first rendition.

Well, I mean;
1. There are certainly chars that get laid before they have fancy art 'round these parts
2. Mayoke didn't even have that long of a window before getting laid XD (::double fingerguns in Shugo's direction:: 8D)

Comparing the two versions, I think the shading's done really well o 3o Looks rad.

While I liked the brighter blue highlights in the original, I do think the more muted purple has a bit more of a natural flow, plus make the cool tones of her hair clash less against the red she wears.

Definitely a fan of the darker tones and added in violets. They looked good before but admittedly they match a bit too much with how we generally render Shugotenshi's hair.

You're getting really good with fabric textures, gotta say.

I'm probably gonna shift her hair around some, the lighter blue parts are bothering me. D: But to answer the question: a little of column A, a little of column B. Her natural hair is a dark blue, she accents it with the brighter streaks. o 3o

Fun fact: the one angry face button is an actual symbol/mascot for the Communist Party of Japan.

8D Thanks! I honestly had to fiddle with Robyn's expression a *lot*, because I wanted to show a shift from earlier completely demure "oh no!" pics to a very eager redhead who wants her smoothie please...but not lose the cutely embarrassed, totally submissive aspect.

A Demon-type Digimon who specializes in locating and recovering artifacts, hidden treasure, and lost secrets from all over the Digital World, their abilities have brought them both great wealth and great infamy. Called "the Tomb Prospectors" and the "Vault Princesses", it's said that as long as there is a worthwhile treasure at the end of their journey, they won't turn down even the most dangerous work, and with their Devil Arms Akathama, they could slay an entire army from a hidden vantage point. Rumor has it they're aligned with the Sin of Greed, but they seem much more level-headed than other Greed Digimon. However, they covet respect most of all, so don't bring up their height.

So yeah. I designed this Demon-type lady of about four feet high on the fly for a thread, and kind of really enjoyed RPing her, and now she's in a thread with Frey and another thread with Shugo and she's just overall a delight.

This particular Kimarismon is Highlady Estrella Ciocie von Maximus Ciolette, a dilettante of Shadowveil who's also a master jeweler, amateur archaeologist and veteran antique saleswoman, and a casino owner, with the Burning Floor in her portfolio. She's got a bit of a short temper, and she speaks in an odd dialect called "Deepshade", common mostly amongst Subterranean Digimon (such as Khazadmon and Alftmon) and very deep-dwelling Demon-types.

And her missing Digimon aspect might be her Akathama, which is a giant fuck demonic sniper rifle. I wanted to draw her in repose, though, and I also didn’t want to try and draw a giant rifle right then. >_>;;;

So in talking to Cam about Anemone while he worked on the Marimon redesigns, I recalled some things about Anemone: she has a thing for humans over Digimon, she likes older guys, and she has a thing for a certain Dad Energy. Like the kind Director Nagisa puts off.

And also Akurei and Marimon go together like pumpkin spice and lattes, okay? >_>

Now normally Asher can keep Anemone from chatting up the good Vice-Captain of VIRGO, who for some reason he mistrusts, but he's awful busy these days with important meetings in elevators/storage rooms/etc. >_> So while Asher's busy, the curious Marimon CUSTOM found her quarry with his Order of Stability girlfriend, one Sayokyoku Cadence!

His very friendly and accomodating girlfriend. >_> And if Master Asher can have a Stability BFF, why can't she?
