X_X Dear CRAP. Episode 20 of Savers. Download it, or go see it on YouTube...

...I have never seen such a depressing episode of Digimon since Tamers, and it wasn't nearly as so as Savers. I'm now hoping Cartoon Network gets Savers for their Toonami line up, as anything else would butcher it to hell.

Ikuto goes to see his parents. This should be one of the most heart felt episodes to date but NOOO. X_X Ikuto's MILF of a mom apparently went bat shit crazy after losing Ikuto to the Digital World, and his dad seems to care more about his wife than the discovery of his son! Combine that with Ikuto's lingering feelings for his Digital World mother and you've got nothing but anger, confusion, and the need to see Masaru slug Ikuto's dad. >_<

The fight in this episode isn't even enjoyable, it's just heart wrenching. X_X A Hagurumon takes control of one of Ikuto's old toys and warps it and Ikuto's house into a massive hodge podge of a mech, with Ikuto's mother inside of it wrapped up in tentacles/wires (O_o; Yeah. I can foretell the h-doujinshi). Masaru and Rize Greymon aren't much useful since Ikuto's mother is being used as a human shield by a creature with the mindset of a small child.

Wrap this up with a family reunion ruined by government intervention by Chief Hashiba, and you've got probably the best written episode of Savers that's been subbed. ;_; How somebody hold me.

Damnit, I wanna see Masaru finally meet up with his dad. Judging by ep 24, he's probably still alive in the Digital World somewhere...

Possibly. I haven't seen anything that leads me to believe he was killed or that he died... >_>;
