News from the kind folks at DigiPort. One of their members has found proof that Data Squad/Savers is being dubbed. Jeff Nimoy, who frequents the WtW boards is handling the dub, and some voice actors have already been confirmed, and thus far I am liking the list. Falcomon is being voiced by Steven Blum (MALE VOICE YAY!) and Yoshino by Colleen O'Shaughnessey, who did the voice of Sora in the earlier dubs, and was responsible for the voice of KOS-MOS in the Xenosaga series.

Disney will be distributing the series. Mind you, DISTRIBUTING. Another company entirely is handling the dub. Let's hope with Toei having a more firm grasp on their properties now we can see a good dub worked out.

In others Savers related news, Digimon Story 2: Sunburst and Moonlight will be released here as Digimon World DS: Dawn and Dusk. The PS2 game Digimon Savers: Another Mission will be released here as Digimon World: Data Squad. Both games are set to be released on the 28th of September.

Savers may be over in Japan but the franchise looks to still be moving forward. Good to know. ^_^

X_X I agree with the question of "Why shorten Yoshino's name at all?" and I have to ask WHY "MARCUS"? @_@; And Sam Reigal was Donatello. The guy seemed happy as shit about that, but not so much the casting placement of the VA. X_X; Whoa whoa whoa, wait, Steve Blum also did GUILMON!? O_____o; This just got interesting..........
